In order to support the integration of the recently acquired adjuvant and biostimulant expert company Interagro UK Ltd and to create one Supply Chain Department for the entire portfolio, the company is seeking am ambitious and experienced Head of Supply Chain Management to lead and optimize our international supply chain operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Ideally, based in our Headquarter in Cambridge, the successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the chemical industry’s supply chain complexities. Job role: • Oversee and optimise the entire supply chain process of the company. • Lead procurement, manufacturing, logistics and inventory management activities. • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. • Drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation across the supply chain. • Support the integration of a recently acquired company and ensure exploitation of synergies. • Mid term development and implementation of a sustainability policy. • Prepare a mid and long term action plan including budget.
